The construction of a building is based on the principles of geometry. These include the square, the triangle and the circle. The Gothic style, for example, is distinguished by its desire to rise as high as possible towards the heavens, in a desire for verticality. This means reducing the weight and thickness of the supports (walls and stones) without compromising the stability of the building. Windows were made taller and decorated with increasingly rich stained glass.

The human body is made up of several systems (nervous, digestive, hormonal, etc.). It is made up of 206 bones, and in children there are as many as 300, as some of them fuse together during growth. Together with tendons, ligaments and muscles, they provide the body with its structure, its skeleton, which gives it mobility. Each human being is different in terms of size, constitution, body shape and age. Geometric shapes reveal certain personality traits. Beyond shapes, it is a science and an art that brings greater discernment and realism, because we see people as they are and not as we would like them to be.

When the skeleton is solid, it is a citadel capable of standing the test of time. These distinctive features are formed during growth, but it can be said that they are already genetically determined.

There are many reasons for a disturbance, such as a badly managed emotion, an accident, trauma or illness, and these can compromise the balance.

When a building has water ingress and cracks, the moisture enters and the damage can be considerable.

Cracks don't just appear on old buildings, they can also occur on new façades as a result of poor planning, the wrong choice of materials or the environment.

It's all about synergy, and it involves working on the body to bring out the homeostasis system, meaning that the body can once again cope with the constant changes in its internal environment and surroundings. I use the basic tools of reflexology, Chinese medicine and, in some cases, hypnosis.

The body and mind are based on a principle of five elements (fire, earth, metal, water and wood). Chinese medicine is based on the observation of the vital energy (yin and yang) that circulates through the various meridians. What we encounter in our lives will have an influence on our mental, psychological, emotional, physical and physiological structure.

Hypnosis

This practice is useful for a wide range of issues for adults and children aged 7 and over.

Touch for Health

Reflexology

Reflexology is beneficial to all systems (nervous, endocrine, lymphatic, cardiovascular, etc.).
